Can’t access the app?
Email [email protected] from the address on your Neonous account with the subject “Account Deletion Request”. Include any details that help us identify the account if you no longer have access to the app.

Account access is disabled immediately. Data scheduled for deletion is permanently purged within 30 days, and backups are purged within 90 days unless we must retain limited records for legal, security, or billing obligations.
