Neonaura is a health dashboard app by Neonous AI that turns your Apple Health data into charts, scores and insights. It has no accounts, no ads, and no servers of its own: your health data stays on your devices.
Data we read
With your permission on iPhone or Apple Watch, Neonaura reads health and activity data from Apple Health (HealthKit), such as heart rate, heart rate variability (HRV), sleep, activity, workouts, blood oxygen, respiratory rate, body temperature, mindful minutes, State of Mind entries, and health notifications recorded by Apple Watch and iPhone.
You can change or revoke access at any time in Settings › Health › Data Access & Devices. Neonaura only reads data; it never writes to Apple Health.
How data is processed
All analysis, such as Body Energy, Recovery, Stress, sleep score, HRV calculations and trends, happens on your device.
Your health data is never sent to Neonous AI or any third-party server, and we cannot see it.
To show scores in widgets and on Apple Watch, the app passes its results between your own devices (your iPhone and paired Apple Watch) using Apple system features, never through our servers.
Results, settings and the daily check-ins you enter are stored only on your device. Deleting the app deletes them.
Apple Intelligence
Text such as the weekly summary is generated by Apple Intelligence on your device by default. If you choose to use Private Cloud Compute in the app’s settings, that content is processed by Apple’s Private Cloud Compute; according to Apple, it is used only to fulfil your request, is not stored, and is not accessible to Neonous AI.
What we don’t do
We don’t collect, sell or share your personal or health data.
We don’t use health data for advertising, marketing or data mining.
We don’t use third-party analytics, advertising or tracking tools, and we don’t track you across apps or websites.
Children’s privacy
Neonaura is not directed to children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect personal information from children.
Not for medical use
Neonaura’s scores and insights are for general wellness only. Neonaura is not a medical device, is not a substitute for professional medical advice, and is not intended to diagnose or treat any condition. Talk to a doctor about any health concerns.
Changes
If this policy changes, we will update this page and its effective date.
