A few things you might be wondering

Before you begin.

Can I keep notes for a family member?

Yes. You can organize notes about someone else in a dedicated Space in your own account. This is personal record organization, not a shared caregiver account or remote monitoring service.

What if an appointment or a detail changes?

Tell Neonous what changed and ask it to update the note or reminder. Review the result, especially before sharing a visit summary.

Does Neonous give medical advice?

This workflow organizes information you provide into notes, summaries, and reminders. It does not diagnose conditions, monitor health, or decide treatment or medication changes.

Do I need to install an app?

You can use Neonous in your web browser. iPhone and Android apps are also available if you prefer them.

How do reminders reach me?

Choose an available notification channel when setting up your reminder. Enable the relevant notification permissions on your device and check your reminder settings.

Can I change what Neonous remembers?

Yes. Memory controls let you review and edit saved details, pin useful items, or block an item from active recall. You can also ask Neonous to update a detail in conversation.

How does pricing work?

Plans include an allowance for AI usage. The amount used depends on the model and task. Starter is a one-time purchase, available once per account; other plans are monthly. See the pricing page for current details.
