Why don’t I see any data?
Neonaura reads from Apple Health. Check that access is allowed in Settings › Health › Data Access & Devices › Neonaura, and that your Apple Watch has synced with your iPhone. Scores such as Recovery need at least one night of sleep recorded by Apple Watch.
Why is my HRV chart sparse?
Apple Watch Series 12 and later (with iOS 27) record HRV (RMSSD) as often as every 5 minutes. Earlier models record HRV (SDNN) only a few times a day. You can switch between RMSSD and SDNN at the top of the HRV page.
How do I use the Apple Watch app and complications?
The Apple Watch app installs with the iPhone app. Open Neonaura on your iPhone once so it can send your scores, then add Neonaura complications when editing a watch face.
Is my data private?
Yes. Analysis happens on your device, there are no accounts or ads, and your health data is never uploaded to our servers.
Is Neonaura a medical device?
No. Scores and insights are for general wellness only and are not a substitute for professional medical advice. Talk to a doctor about any health concerns.
